During the selection process

From the moment when you send your CV to us, we are in contact with you. You will also be updated throughout the selection process:

  • depending on the position, interviews are conducted over the telephone, personally or in groups
  • the 1st interview will be with both your future manage and the Employee Care Manager
  • for the 2nd round, you will talk to our director
  • throughout the process you will have the chance to demonstrate your language and professional knowledge, and above all a chance to display your personality

After you start

Do not be afraid, you won't be left in the dark.. Immediately on the first day, our specialists will help you get aboard. You can expect the following:

  • general training – over the course of the first week, you will be introduced to our company
  • special training -  customized training designed specifically for your new position, we guarantee that within three months, you will have the knowledge and support  to be up to speed
  • trial period - at the end of this period, we will discuss all your comments and ideas connecting to: your position, the company, as well as yourself

Wages and employee benefits

  • the wage consists of both a fixed and variable component; the variable component is influenced by your performance every month as well as evaluations of how these results were attained. Yes, you have caught it right – we are talking about our company code of ethics
  • we have many employee benefits, just for example: additional week’s holiday, meal tickets, workplace massage, paid language training with international examinations, 3 sick days, and  Flexipass vouchers.
