Our background - LMC in dates

1996

We created the first-ever Czech job board - www.jobs.cz. This established the electronic job market, the Internet address for the employment market's elite. Less then ten years from creation, Jobs.cz will cover the whole CEE region thanks to co-operation with the job boards in our neighbouring countries.

 

2000

We also launched the job board www.prace.cz, which hosts the largest number of active vacancies in the Czech Republic. More than 50,000 permanent vacancies, up to 1,500 temporary vacancies and 40,000 active CVs. There is something for everyone.


2004

In 2004, LMC initiated the development of a network called ONREA, comprising of partnering job boards operating in the CEE region. ONREA stands for "On-line Recruitment Accelerator" to emphasize its ability to post job vacancies internationally quickly and easily on-line. ONREA is a complete multiposting solution offered by the LMC company enabling its clients to post vacancies on many job boards in Europe and manage responses in a single TRM system.

2005

We launched the LMC G2 application software which provides complex administration of the recruitment process for HR officers. This unique system, which allows advertisements via all types of media (the Internet, press, employment agencies); it allows for categorising incoming replies, and easy monitoring of the whole recruitment process from the individual interview rounds up to confirming the candidate's start date.

2006

We entered the Slovak market. Besides recruitment of employees, we are also beginning to help our clients with HR marketing. Company image plays an increasingly important role in the selection of  new employment. In addition, due to the limited number of qualified employees in some fields, it could be your company's image that will be the deciding factor for candidates accepting your vacancy. 


2007

We develop HR and personnel marketing services which include recruitment strateries, "the Marketing Mix" concept and its implementation in the HR area. We introduce innovations of automated data processing in the area of e-recruitment. Over 50,000 job offers on average are placed daily at JOBS.cz and PRACE.cz portals.
We launched our newest job board www.topjobs.sk  to serve the Slovak labour market. Topjobs.sk, boasting the same design and features as Jobs.cz, and is aimed mainly at job seekers with higher qualifications, experienced candidates from various fields and professions, talented students and university graduates as well.
We spread our services in Middle and Eastern Europe by means of the ONREA.NET project, thus interconnecting job portals in ten countries.

2008

We analyse the situation at the labour market affected by economical crisis; in the area of HR marketing we focus on outplacement services.  We spread out services to Russia via the ONREA.NET project, thus interconnecting job portals in eleven countries. We undergo a significant change of internal structure. Within the "My LMC" Project, the company structure had been transformed into a business unit as a positive tool for more efficient use of available know-how and mutual synergies.  Concurrently, we further develop CSR corporate structure.

2009

We continuously develop e-recruitment features of the LMC GS application.  We predominantly focus our visions on CSR activities and aim at their interconnection with the company` s business activities and internal product development. We support cooperation with fundations within the employment project for disabled people.
