When you post a vacancy on www.jobs.cz, for the first three days it automatically appears on www.hotjobs.cz. Vacancies posted on www.prace.cz, only appear there.
If you are filling one or two vacancies, use our one-time posting service. When filling 3 or more vacancies, it is more cost effective to use our prepaid posting packages.

For Czech and Slovak clients, it is common that payment is requested after posting. In the case of first orders from foreign clients, or some Czech and Slovak clients (e.g. if the company is new and still does not have a company ID number), an advance payment may be requested. Usually, the advertisement appears on the job board within 1 hour after ordering. Only in the case of a new registration (i.e. if the company registers and orders a posting at the same time), the posting appears on the Internet at the latest the next working day. If payment is required before posting, then the advertisement appears after payment.
As long as your posting is less than 10,000 characters there is no restriction.
Because candidates search vacancies according to their names, it is essential to enter only one vacancy per posting.
Clients can choose payment by: invoice, E-banka or payment card. If the client chooses to be invoiced, you can expect the invoice to be received within about 1 week.
Yes, it is possible to edit the vacancy even after it is posted. In fact, it is recommended to edit your posting based on the responses you are receiving from actual candidates (e.g language requirements). However, it isn't possible to edit the position being offered in the vacancy.
On www.jobs.cz and www.topjobs.sk, it is possible to use the update function, if it is a one-time posting or prepaid package. This update can be done every eight days, and the posting will appear as a new advertisement. You can also attract attention to your posting by using various types of highlighting.
If you select Prague as a work location, this is a standard posting. Any other work location (apart from the selection Czech Republic) constitutes a regional posting.
If the vacancy on our job board is about to expire, it is automatically moved to the “suspended” section for a period of two months. After this period, it is then moved to the “archive” section. The difference is that when it is suspended it is still possible to continue working with the candidates. If it is moved to the “archive” section it is not possible to work with the candidates. Therefore, if you want to remove a posting early, we recommend transferring it to the “suspended” section.
