How to register on Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk

1. On the title page of Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk , click on For employers – the button is in the upper right corner.

2. On the next page, click on Registration.

3. Fill out the individual forms, located in the left column, one by one (compulsory items are marked with an asterisk):

Please note: The information entered during the registration process is extremely important for tailoring the LMC G2 system to your needs as well as future communication etc. Please enter the data carefully.

  • Select country, enter company VAT ID No. (by registering your VAT number we can exclude the VAT from your invoices);
  • Basic information about the company;
  • Additional information about the company;
  • Registration of the main user (administrator);
  • Login data.

4. To login enter your user name and password and accept the LMC Business Terms and Conditions (the company's address will be automatically verified before you are able to login to the system).

You are now the Main User – Administrator of the LMC G2. As the main user you have full and total rights, and you are authorized to open accounts for new users so that they may work with the system.

How to login to Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk

If you have already registered on Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk:
1. From the title page Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk,  click on the button For Employers in the upper right section.
2. Click Login to LMC G2.  A login screen will appear, where you enter your user name and password (user name and password are case sensitive, also make sure there are no spaces etc.).
3. Then click on Login.

After these steps your title page will open where you may post your vacancy.

How to enter a uniphase advert on Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk

Before entering a vacancy you might want to check whether the vacancy's contact person is entered into the  LMC G2 application (you can check in the left menu of the application LMC G2 in Company administration - User administration, where you can create a new user).

1. In the left menu, click on Order > New Order.
2. In the price list select A uniphase advert on jobs.cz.

First page

1. Fill out each section of the form. Beside each section there is a question mark to help you.
2.  Header for advert = this is a brief introduction of your company (the header is not a mandatory part of the vacancy; it is not necessary to create one. If you decide not to create a header, leave this field blank, and the vacancy will start with the name of the position.)
If you wish to create a new header please follow these instructions:
click on the icon to the right of the “Header for advert:” (you will see Edit);
click on Create a new header;
fill in the name of the header (this name will not be displayed in the advert);
write the text of the header in the large white field (e.g.,: “A prominent Czech company manufacturing automotive components seeks a new team member for the following position”). Click on OK to confirm.
the header you have created will automatically appear on the next page – click on OK to confirm it.
3. Contact person
Here the name of contact person is assigned i.e. the recruiter (they must be a registered user) who will be receiving replies from candidates.  After selecting the recruiter,  all responses will be sent directly to their e-mail address (this happens when a candidate clicks the Apply button in the posting).  Responses are forwarded while keeping the recruiter's contact information confidential. If you want to modify this information data, click on the icon next to the contact person’s name (Edit). This will allow you to modify the footer or create a new one by clicking on Create a new.  Only the selected contact data will appear in the ad.
4. In the next part of the advert, please select and enter specific information about the vacancy.

Second page

1. Select any additional services you wish and the presentation period for the posting.
2. At the bottom of the page enter your name in the Ordered by field., choose the Type of payment: Bill me or Pay via card. Then click your payment type at the bottom of the page to continue. You can store your vacancy by selecting Store changes to post later.

How to enter a vacancy using your prepaid time subscription on Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk

Make sure you have purchased a time limited vacancy subscription package on Jobs.cz / Topjobs.sk by clicking on  Order > New Order and by selecting the service “A time limited vacancy subscription on servers jobs.cz, prace.cz and topjobs.sk”. At the bottom of the page enter your name in the Ordered by field., choose the Type of payment: Bill me or Pay via card. Then click your payment type at the bottom of the page to continue.

2. In the right upper corner, select New vacancy > Take action.
