New trends in HR Management make the most of target groups

The introduction of the labour market onto the Internet at the end of the last century fundamentally changed the employee recruitment process, as well as the work of HR officers. The use of the Internet in the beginning functioned as a better billboard for advertising employment vacancies. It simplified the linking of supply and demand and eased the transfer of information. The recruitment process became substantially faster. The chances of finding suitable matches increased on both sides. After several years, the advantages were coupled with problems. It became too simple for many candidates to reply to the flood of employment offers. This led to an increase in the routine work of the HR officers related to both handling replies and registering candidates.

A single application, hundreds of solutions…
The core of the new approach to HR is to automate the HR department. The TRM (Talent Relationship Management) system, i.e. the management of talent relationships constitutes a new trend. This is a product from LMC. According to LMC's representative Peter Lynczényi, this helps create long-term relationships with target groups, and by allowing a company to use this pool of potential candidates it prevents them from wasting this scarce resource. The system also allows for communication with various groups of participants throughout the selection process. They can write to the candidates on the shortlist and inform them that they have qualified for the next round. Archiving and managing the data of potential employees is one of the two basic functions that HR officers have at their disposal. The second ability is to communicate with the candidates after the selection process. Thanks to this feature, the HR departments are changed from servants to queens. The TRM application makes it possible to save the profiles of interesting candidates that the company might need at a later date. These are referred to as the talent pools, in which from the selection process network are collected. Another highlight of the TRM system, which was created for the Czech market, is the LMC G2 application which operates in a ASP environment  (Application Service Providing). Nestlé was one of the first users of this system in our country.
Available 24 hours a day
Thanks to the Internet, the LMC G2 system is available 24 hours a day. It automates all the routine activities of the HR department. This service helps with everything from the creation of employment vacancies, to publishing it on the Internet or in the press, and the classification of the replies that are coming in from candidates. Furthermore, it allows for the complete management of the recruitment process all the way to the candidates accepting positions. It is possible to use it regardless of the location of the offices, as well as from home and when travelling on business. As Peter Lynczényi adds, the LMC G2 system can easily be used without any complicated installation, administration or the need for in-house IT specialists. Navigation through the system is also simple. It allows for you to personally post or publish advertisements from a single system without repeatedly inputting the same data. It keeps all the data according to the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU. The system even sends warnings to HR officers to update paperwork needed in accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Data.
