It's up to you as to how you structure the application. You are able to select precisely the modules that suit your needs.
Basic, free modules:
- Received replies - HR officers have a detailed list of all candidates that responded or were assigned to vacancies and can perform basic tasks with these candidates (classification, communication, evaluation, etc.).
- CV search - in this module it is possible to search a comprehensive database of candidates that have registered their CVs on Jobs.cz, Prace.cz or Topjobs.sk, and assign them to vacancies.
- Message templates - here, the HR officers create create templates for controlled corporate communication with candidates.
Paid modules:
- Pre-selected candidates – is additional to the “Received Replies” module and makes it possible to add internal remarks, interview results (including written evaluations of candidates), change or confirm interviews and starting dates.
- Line manager - expands the functionality of the application and allows for easy communication and sharing of vacancy and candidate data between the HR officers and the line managers responsible for the particular recruitment.
- Positions for RA - allows the company to send specific requirements to selected employment agencies and receive a list of potential candidates in return.
- Candidates database – an easy to use archive of all candidates for whom there is no actual vacancy in the company, but might be suitable for future vacancies. It is possible to maintain regular contact with the candidates by means of both individual and mass e-mails.
- Activity history - this category has two modules: “Position History” and “Candidates history”. Thanks to these modules, you manage the work of the individual recruiting officers (optionally, the whole department); you can precisely monitor the responses of a specific candidate and develop their relationship with the HR officer. - SLA - this module outlines the agreement between the provider and the user of the LMC G2 system. This agreement specifies exactly what the provider guarantees to the user, and clearly defines the level of service to be provided.
