LMC G2 is an on-line application (you connect to this application via the Internet), this means implementing the system is quick and easy.
Implementation procedure:
Workshops
Meetings are held between your company and LMC consultants, where together we prepare a complete list of your HR processes and discuss their integration into the application. The result is a detailed map of your specifically tailor-made solution.
System configuration
This is the phase where together we activate the individual modules you need, and configure the application for special requirements. We discuss and uncover your special requirements during the workshops.
Training
We will teach you how to use the application, and by the end of training you will be so comfortable with it you will feel like you have always used it.

The First 14 days
In the first 14 days, we will fine tune the system to better suit all your needs while allowing you to focus on your work.
Handover of essential documents
