Terms of Career pages and company profiles creation
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1 LMC s.r.o., with its registered office at Menclova 2538/2, Libeň, 180 00 Prague 8, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under File No.: C8248 („LMC“), publish these Terms of Career pages and Company profile
1.2 The rights and obligations of LMC and the Client not expressly stipulated in these Product Terms are governed by the LMC General Terms and Conditions for Businesses available at https://www.lmc.eu/en/general-terms-conditions ("GTC") and the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any discrepancy between these Product Terms and the GTC, the present Product Terms shall prevail.
2. DEFINITIONS OF THE TERMS USED
2.1 The terms used in the text of the Terms have the following meanings:
(a) Career pages: Client web presentation to reach and attract job seekers available on LMC Electronic systems Jobs.cz, Prace.cz and independently at the pre-agreed specific domain, created and produced by LMC and based on the documents from the Client.
(b) Company profile: Summary of the identification data and eventually other content according to Teamio technical options, intended for display on the LMC Electronic Systems Jobs.cz and Prace.cz, created and managed by the Client in Teamio.
(c) Preview: Prepared final version of the Career pages before its launch.
(d) Teamio: LMC Electronic system for managing vacancies and applicants, some of its parts are available for a fee only.
3. CAREER PAGES
3.1 Career pages are created and operated by LMC based on the contract with client. All materials and documents needed for creating Career pages are necessary to deliver electronically not later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled launch of the Career Pages.
3.2 The Preview is always sent before Career pages launch for review and approval of its processing. The Client undertakes to send consent or disagreement with the Preview not later than 3 work days after the Preview has been received. In case of Client's feedback delay launch of Career pages shall be extended accordingly.
3.3 In case that the Client does not approve the Preview is obliged to state all adequate and reasonable comments so that the LMC can adapt accordingly to the Client requirements changes of the Career Pages. All other changes after once approved Preview are considered as additional work and its implementation is charged according to the LMC pricelist.
3.4 Multimedia files can be provided in common bitmap, vector and audio / video formats (eg. png, jpg, gif, tiff, psd, mp4, avi, wav). Text documents are required as final texts without any subsequent proofing, i.e. without misspellings.
3.5 Client is obliged to provide such content (eg. file size) to avoid slow loading Career pages. 1 second or more is considered as a slow page load. Client is obliged to provide all documents and cooperate for a purpose of optimizing Career pages for the most commonly used browsers.
4. COMPANY PROFILE
4.1 Company profile is created and managed on LMC Electronic Systems - Teamio. The Client is given the oportunity to publish a Company profile in day of the service activation. The Company profile service is activated based on the Contract (including an order in Teamio e-shop).
4.2 The company profile includes company texts, photos, company logo, virtual tour, video links located on www.youtube.com and other arbitrary links. LMC does not approve or control the Company profile content. Client is obliged for Company profile content. In this case shall apply particularly article 5 and 6 of LMC General Terms and Conditions
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 This version of the Terms is valid and effective from 1. 8. 2022.
